The staff, especially Sakr and Beatrice, displayed such kindness. The taxi man was charming. His stories added a special touch. The location was wonderful and the food was delicious, offering a good experience. I felt at home there.
The breakfast area lacked sufficient space. Many guests needed to sit outside, this felt impersonal. I got stuck inside for 10 mins, this was very alarming.

The room was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet featured vegan options. It was extensive. i used the gym. It had treadmills and stationary bikes.
the shower took a very long time to get warm!

The receptionist Ahmed provided great service . The hotel location on the beach was convenient. I found the staff friendly during both check-in and check-out. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast that provided enough food variety.
The pool was crowded at times. This made it difficult to find sunbathing beds. It was an inconvenience.

My room included standard amenities, and everything was clean. There were fresh towels daily and bathroom supplies were promptly restocked. I had a king-sized bed and a city view. The room size was adequate.
